Himekomatsu — Quiet Material
A soft breathing object filled with hand-planed Japanese white pine.
Himekomatsu is not designed as a fragrance product.
Its natural scent is extremely subtle and may be barely noticeable.
It is made from naturally air-dried Japanese white pine,
carefully hand-planed and placed inside a simple cotton bag.
No artificial fragrance is added.
Rather than altering a space, it exists to accompany it — quietly.
International shipping available.
U.S. orders are currently accepted as part of a limited test release.

Each bag is freshly planed after your order.
This is a small batch release.

About Himekomatsu
Himekomatsu (Japanese white pine), also known as Goyomatsu, is native to Japan.
This object is filled with hand-planed shavings of naturally air-dried pine, prepared using a traditional Japanese wood plane (kanna).
No artificial fragrance is added.
It is not a fragrance product.
Wood — quietly breathing in cloth.
ヒメコマツ（五葉松）は日本固有の松です。本品は、自然乾燥させたヒメコマツを伝統的な鉋で削った削り華を詰めたものです。人工香料は使用していません。これは香り製品ではありません。

The scent of Himekomatsu is extremely subtle. For many, it may barely be noticeable.
It is meant to remain in the background — not to announce itself.
Perception varies from person to person. This object does not seek to overwhelm a space.

How to Use
